Conor Bill has lived in Northern California for over 30 years, and at times has been a resident of Santa Clara County, Contra Costa County, Placer County, Sacramento County, Nevada County, and Napa County. He also practices in Yolo County, Solano County, Alameda County, Marin County, San Francisco County and Sonoma County (to name a few).

Education and Prosecutorial Experience in California

UCLA Education and Criminal Law Experience

Conor completed both his undergraduate studies and law degree at UCLA, one of California’s highly regarded universities and law schools. During law school, he developed a strong interest in criminal law and focused his education on preparing for a career in this area. He also gained hands-on legal experience through clerkships with the Monterey Public Defender’s Office, as well as the Sacramento and San Diego District Attorney’s Offices.

Experience as a Sacramento Prosecutor

Following law school, Conor joined the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor. During nearly four years in this role, he handled and resolved hundreds of criminal cases and completed more than twenty jury trials. His case experience covered a wide range of criminal matters, from petty theft offenses to serious charges involving vehicular manslaughter.

Conor attended UCLA for undergraduate and law school. UCLA consistently ranks as one of the top law schools not only in the state, but in the country. Throughout his education, Conor focused on criminal law, with an eye towards practicing in the field upon graduation. He clerked with the Monterey Public Defender’s Office, and the Sacramento and San Diego District Attorney’s Offices.
